Exploring balance scales...

We had a great time exploring how balance scales work. We tried making the sides even. We tried making one side go down. We made lots of discoveries. Next week we will focus on using balance scales to tell which object is heavier.

Learning to spell...

Now that we have a solid foundation in understanding the alphabet, we have shifted our focus to using the alphabet to help us read and spell.
